Our daughter attended Candyland Daycare from 2022 to 2023 (1 year). We loved the place, and our daughter liked it from the very first day. She was comfortable with both Evelyn and Martha. Evelyn and Martha made sure to make our daughter enjoy every day she went to the daycare. We would strongly recommend to everyone.
I was visiting my family last week and took my granddaughter to daycare each day I was there. I was very impressed with how clean and well organized the space is. I was also struck by how sincerely genuine Xiomara and Evelyn were in their love and caring for every child.No wonder my granddaughter loves going. I feel so blessed that my granddaughter is having such great experience.
This month (January) marks a year that my little boy has been going to CLHD which means this review is long overdue! Evelyn and Martha are wonderful. My son comes home talking about them as well as his friends 🙂 it is clean, they cook for the kids daily and seem to have a good schedule and structure in place. I love the crafts my son brings home daily. They do speak Spanish & English to the kids which is a plus.. teaching them to be bilingual is great! They work with you if you are potty training! Thank you for taking such good care of my little boy! This was the first time we put him in childcare.. he was 1.5 years old so of course we were scared but it's been such a relief to found a great daycare. We've considered leaving because of the commute and also finding a cheaper option since we had baby #2 but I have hard time when I think of removing my son from somewhere he loves and is so comfortable with.
Today is day 1 for us at CandyLand! We are thrilled that we found this daycare and hoping that this is the only place our 1 year old will see. We also have a little girl on the way so our dream is that they stay together. We got a very good vibe and feeling about this place and hoping that it lives up to the expectation. First impressions is that it is very well organized and clean. Owner has a sweet and loving demeanor to her. Seems to really love the children and has the experience to handle them. I am keeping my fingers crossed and that this all continues and gets better. Will update the review once we have more time under our belt!
We can’t thank Evelyn and her team at Candy Land enough for how warmly they welcomed each of our three children over the years, loved them and provided the highest level of childcare. We will miss you. Thank you so much. For families looking for daycare for their children, each of my three kids (now 7,5 and 3) have been at Candy Land from six months of age. They have loved their time there. All carers genuinely want the children to thrive and place lots of effort into making the day fun, educational, safe and healthy (the food smells absolutely delicious) for all the children. I firmly stand behind recommending Candy Land to parents and would happily talk to any parents considering placing their children at this daycare.

Our son has been attending Candyland daycare since he was 1, and it has been the most wonderful place for him. Evelyn and Martha are so wonderful with the kids, we love the healthy daily meals, and we are impressed by the amount of Spanish he's learning. We love the daily craft project he brings home, and all the sweet stories they tell us about him. We are so sad to be leaving the Bay Area and taking our son away from such a sweet place. I have referred so many friends to them, and I would highly recommend to everyone.
My daughter started at Candyland in early 2018 when she was 6 months old and it has been a delight to watch her develop and thoroughly enjoy her time there. We have a great trusting relationship with the carers who place great efforts into getting to know each child, catering to the child's specific needs / wants / likes etc and providing fun creative activities in a safe and comfortable environment. I certainly recommend this daycare and intend to enrol my second child there too!
Evelyn is fantastic and a very loving person. She took good care of my now 7 yo (1-2 at the time)and my 16 month old baby. She is very responsible and I never had any concerns to leave my kids with her. After all this years we truly consider her as part of the family and can highly recommend her as a daycare provider. We would not know what we would have done without her support during all those years.
Amazing daycare! The owner is the most loving, kind woman you will ever meet. She watched my two girls starting at 8 months and 5 months old and I never doubted leaving my daughters with her. My daughter loves and adore her and still talk about her. She does fun activities with the kids and truly treats every kid as her own. Bilingual daycare which is awesome too. My daughter learned all her letters, colors, and numbers in Spanish and English and so many more thing. Clean, organized, and great communication.
Evelyn is caring, professional, and wonderful with young children. She took care of my son from 12-18 months old, and it was a wonderful experience and a great value. Little house is a clean and safe environment, and whenever I show up everyone is having a blast! I recommend Little House to anyone who needs daycare for their young child.
